岗位职责
(一)订单管理
负责接收、审核和确认客户订单,确保订单信息准确无误,包括产品规格、数量、价格、交期等。
与客户沟通确认订单细节,及时处理订单变更请求,确保订单执行的准确性和灵活性。
跟踪订单进度,协调内部生产、采购、物流等部门,确保订单按时交付。
(二)供应商管理
与供应商建立和维护良好的合作关系,定期评估供应商的交货能力、质量和价格水平。
协调供应商的生产进度,确保原材料或成品按时供应,及时解决供应过程中的问题。
协助采购部门进行供应商开发和评估,优化供应商资源。
(三)物流与运输
协调物流合作伙伴,安排货物的运输、仓储和配送,确保物流方案的最优性。
跟踪货物运输状态,及时处理运输过程中的延误、丢失或损坏等问题。
办理出口相关手续,包括报关、报检、保险等,确保货物顺利通关。
(四)质量控制
协调质量部门对供应商的生产过程进行监督和检查,确保产品质量符合客户要求。
跟踪质量问题的处理进度,确保问题得到及时解决,并向客户反馈处理结果。
参与质量改进计划的制定和实施,提升产品质量水平。
(五)客户服务
及时向客户反馈订单进度、物流信息和任何可能影响交期的因素,保持客户沟通的透明度。
处理客户投诉和售后问题,提供解决方案,维护客户满意度。
收集客户反馈,为公司产品改进和业务优化提供参考。
(六)文档管理
整理和归档订单相关文件,包括合同、发票、提单、质检报告等,确保文件的完整性和可追溯性。
定期更新订单跟踪表,记录订单进度、问题及解决方案,为团队提供准确的信息支持。
三、任职要求
(一)教育背景
大专及以上学历,国际贸易、商务英语、物流管理等相关专业优先。
(二)工作经验
至少 5 年以上外贸跟单工作经验,熟悉外贸流程和操作规范。
具备丰富的供应商管理和物流协调经验,能够有效应对各种突发情况。
(三)技能要求
熟练掌握国际贸易术语、报关报检流程和国际运输规则。
熟练使用办公软件(如 Excel、Word、PowerPoint)和外贸管理软件。
良好的英语读写能力,能够熟练处理英文邮件和文件,具备一定的口语沟通能力。
(四)素质要求
沟通协调能力:具备出色的跨部门沟通能力和客户沟通技巧,能够有效协调各方资源。
问题解决能力:具备敏锐的问题发现和解决能力,能够在复杂情况下迅速找到解决方案。

PJM
Purpose
The operational (administrative and practical) support of product management in various product categories with the aim of developing and purchasing promising and distinctive products.
Place in the organization
The Project Manager Buying falls under the supervision of the Head of Product Management, who receives direct guidance from the CEO.
The Project Manager Buying has a supporting role towards the Buyers and works directly with colleagues in the fields of Sales, Graphic Design, Quality, Supply Chain, Copywriting and Sourcing (China).
Tasks and responsibility
Coordinating and managing Sales projects.
Control and maintain the associated deadlines within the project.
Assisting Buyer with different tasks within and outside the projects.
Checking and making sure data in our management system (Business Central) is accurate before sending out the order.
Collecting feedback and approvals from involved departments within the project.
Monitoring product quality, in collaboration with our quality department.
Internal point of contact for questions about assortments, prices, and other article information.
Coordinate, label, and test incoming and outgoing product samples.
Coordinating and maintaining the photo database.
Improving and optimizing Logistic data. (new)
Checking documents and sending out payment requests. (new)
Collaborate with sales department to understand and meet demands from customers. (new)
Teamleader
Make sure the work instructions in Wiki are up to date and correct under chapter “Buying”.
Checking the orders and making sure the orders in Business Central is up to date.
Implementing and coordinating new processes within the Product Management team.
Supporting Project Managers with difficult tasks or questions.
Come occasionally with IT suggestions in order to improve the workflow.
Knowledge and skills (hard skills):
HBO thinking and working level.
Knowledge of and experience with the purchasing process.

Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and the computer systems in which work is done.
