POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a candidate who is interested in investment promotion, who can work comfortably in an entrepreneurial environment, has good business intuition, common sense, and the ability to ask the right questions, and will assist direct leaders in strategically recruiting leading domestic and foreign brands to achieve the maximum performance and positioning of Lafayette Department Store
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
87 Communicate with key personnel of the brand and closely coordinate with various departments within the company to develop short-term and long-term business plans to achieve the company's long-term sales and profit goals;
87 Based on the positioning of the shopping mall, optimize brand resources, expand investment channels, complete investment tasks, and prepare a reserve of potential brand candidates;
87 According to the mall's investment adjustment plan, participate in the formulation of investment layout adjustment plans for category areas, and cooperate with the investment plan formulated by superiors to screen and introduce brand resources, complete negotiations with brands, contract signing, renewal, relocation adjustment, store closure, and other negotiation and implementation work;
87 Responsible for managing all daily communication since the brand's entry, and timely grasping brand trends including new product launches, limited edition products, joint design products, discount seasons, etc;
87 Master the development trend of the brand, have a certain understanding of brand products, and closely communicate with internal departments such as operations, marketing, and visual display to ensure that all commercial activities (visual display, pop-up stores, etc.) are carried out in an orderly and efficient manner from negotiation to execution;
87 Analyze and track brand sales performance, and regularly provide improvement suggestions;
87 Conduct market research, timely grasp the trend of brand development in the market, and provide brand adjustment suggestions to superiors; Mastering market changes, familiar with pre project positioning, planning, calculation data analysis, and other work;
87 Follow up on brand drawings and decoration entry matters, coordinate with the engineering and operations departments on brand matters, and follow up on the existing brand operation situation;
87 Master professional skills, knowledge, and workflow in the field of personal work, and complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
87 Bachelor's degree or above, with no restrictions on majors;
87 More than 3 years of experience in investment management for large retail or commercial management enterprises;
87 Strong market analysis skills, good communication and coordination skills, and proficient negotiation skills in investment promotion;
87 Priority will be given to those who possess professional knowledge of product categories and have resource channels for mainstream brands in that category;
87 Has abundant energy, strong sense of responsibility, honest attitude, rigorous thinking, logical thinking, self-learning ability, and team spirit.
