RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Follow the guideline to establish inspection criteria of new finished products in Medline quality management platform (ETQ):
1.1 Draft inspection criteria for new products with a hierarchy of product line, product series and specific product (SKU);
1.2 Align the drafted inspection criteria with stakeholders;
1.3 Train stakeholders for the released new inspection criteria when necessary
2 Update and maintain inspection criteria of existing products:
2.1 Migrate existing inspection criteria in PDF/Word/Excel format into ETQ system ;
2.2 Maintain/update inspection criteria in ETQ system
3 Participate in optimization of inspection criteria management (QIM):
3.1 Contribute to the action plan for process optimization;
3.2 Implement the improvement plan and standardize the process if necessary;
3.3 Share good experience with team members
4 Provide training on QIM to stakeholders:
4.1 Train new hire(s) on QIM processes, platform and requirements;
4.2 Train stakeholders on QIM modules of inspection, reporting and disposition
5 Maintain QIM system available for inspection:
5.1 Coordinate with Medline corporate information service team to solve daily system operation issues;
5.2 Recover the hierarchical link of product lines, product series and specific products which is broken during criteria updating
6 Keep good documentation on key work metrics:
6.1 Record and analyze the change requests on inspection criteria;
6.2 Analyze the usage rate of QIM system and improve with stakeholders to make sure certain percentage of inspection reports are written in QIM system instead of PDF/Excel forms
Qualification
61 Education level: Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, or related majors;
61 Working experience: More than one year of quality-related working experience in manufacturing industries;
61 Language: Excellent both in written and oral English
61 Be able to quickly learn and understand the inspection process and criteria of products;
61 Well understand inspection techniques such as ANSI/ASQ Z1.4;
61 Well know about inspection tools such as sampling rulers and gauges;
61 Knows to connect key information from regulation/standards, risk assessment, customer needs, historical adverse events, etc. with inspection criteria;
61 Proficient on Microsoft Excel and PPT
