Job Responsibilities
61 Experiment Operation and Execution
1. Strictly comply with the company's EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) rules and regulations.
2. According to the experimental plan and standard operating procedures, accurately conduct various experimental operations, including but not limited to sample preparation, chemical analysis, physical property testing, etc., to ensure the accuracy and reliability of experimental data.
3. Be proficient in using and maintaining various laboratory instruments and equipment, such as microscopes, balances, tensile testing machines, etc. Regularly calibrate and maintain the equipment and promptly handle equipment failures to ensure the normal operation of the instruments and equipment.
61 Sample Processing and Analysis
1. Be responsible for the collection, preparation, processing, and preservation of samples to ensure the availability and integrity of the samples. Analyze and test the samples according to the experimental requirements, record and organize the experimental data, write experimental reports, and promptly report the experimental results to the supervisor.
2. Assist in the statistical analysis of experimental data, evaluate and summarize the experimental results, and provide data support and technical suggestions for scientific research projects or production processes.
61 Laboratory Management and Maintenance
1. Be responsible for the daily maintenance of the laboratory, including laboratory cleaning, hygiene, safety, etc., to ensure that the laboratory environment meets the experimental requirements and safety standards.
2. Manage laboratory reagents, consumables, etc., conduct inventory checks and purchase applications to ensure the sufficient supply and reasonable use of materials required for experiments, and avoid waste and overstocking.
3. Comply with laboratory safety regulations and operating procedures, correctly use and handle hazardous chemicals and experimental waste, regularly participate in safety training and emergency drills to ensure the safe operation of the laboratory.
61 Assistance in Scientific Research and Project Work
1. Assist research scientists in subject research and project development, participate in the design and optimization of experimental plans, and provide technical support and suggestions on experimental operations.
2.Cooperate with the team to complete the declaration, acceptance, and other work of scientific research projects, and sort out and provide relevant experimental data and technical materials.
61 Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
61 A bachelor's degree or above in relevant majors such as Chemical Engineering and Technology, Applied Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, etc.
61 Familiar with the basic operations of the laboratory and the use of instruments and equipment, and have certain experimental skills and data analysis capabilities.
61 Have a good sense of responsibility and professionalism, work carefully and meticulously, and have a strong sense of teamwork.
61 Have certain problem-solving abilities and be able to independently handle common problems that occur during the experimental process.
61 Be proficient in using Office software.
61 Basic English reading and writing skills.
61 Those with work experience in laboratories of relevant industries will be given priority.
