MAHLE Lifecycle and Mobility is the business unit specializing in spare parts and services for the aftermarket. It uses the expertise from original equipment series production for its established product range and additional competence in electrification and digitalization and supplies partners in the trade, workshops, and engine repair shops. The products developed by the MAHLE Service Solutions business segment for workshop equipment, as well as comprehensive services and individual training offers, complete the portfolio.
Your Contribution
- 与区域销售经理们沟通交流，制定年度培训计划。
- 建立技术服务使用培训材料数据库，并为热管理/动力总成/过滤产品设计培训课程体系。
- 了解客户技术培训需求，提供产品知识、故障分析、安装指导等方面的技术专长培训课程。
- 组织和推出线上线下培训/研讨会，并完成培训反馈。
- 分析、研究和收集大客户变化的培训需求，改进培训工具/材料，进一步确保客户满意度。
- 为渠道发展做出贡献，促进业务增长。
- 支持营销活动的执行
Your Experience & Qualification:
- 品牌主机厂技师***等级认证或维修工技师以上等级认证
- 参加过品牌4S店内训师认证，开展过技术培训讲授课程
- 辅助经销商做地推服务和相关培训
- 有德系BBA维修经验和新能源维修经验的优先
