Responsibilities:
1. The Product / Test Engineering (NPI/NTI) Engineer enables to covering the quality of the NPI via Characterization, Qualification & Production testing order to guarantee a mass producible product
2. To enable it, the individual designs, develops, and implements cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting integrated circuits use (Automatic) Test Equipment
3. Prepares qualification, production test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products
4. Plans the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and characterization and qualification of standard and special devices
5. The individual develops new or modified process formulations, data analysis techniques and defines processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications, and reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication, and characterization / qualification of products
6. Involvement starts from PCA up to release of the product for mass-production
Requirements:
1. Master degree with EE, Industrial Engineering, Communication or Automation related major
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English (CET-6 or Similar Grading Test) and Mandarin require to liaise with US, Europe and Asia
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially with Excel and PowerPoint is desired. Good skill at VBA is preferred
4. Excellent logical analysis ability, strong sense of responsibility and ownership are a must
5. Data analysis and data visualization experience on power BI, Python, etc. is a plus
6. Experience/Education (PMP Certification) in Project Management will be an advantage
7. Team player, willing to learn, take on challenges, self-motivated and able to work well in fast paced environment
