Position Summary
Responsible for establishing and communicating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) with account owners, managing cargo booking and coordination, customs clearance, and shipment tracking. Be responsible for end to end of sea freight (both import & export), ensure operational SOP and KPI implementation. To provide the “Best In Class” service to our customers at all times and to ensure that customer’s needs and expectations are met throughout the entire shipment handling process.
负责与客户建立和沟通标准操作流程（SOP），管理货物订舱和协调、报关以及货物追踪。负责一条龙的海运业务（包括进出口），确保操作SOP和KPI的执行。始终为客户提供"满意服务"，确保在整个货运处理过程中满足客户的需求和期望。
Key Accountabilities
- Communicate with account owner to establish SOP, including routing instructions, preferred carriers, selling rates, and special handling instructions.
与客户沟通建立相关工作SOP，包括航线指示、首选承运商、销售价格和特殊处理要求等。
- Coordinate booking and space reservations with supplier.
协调与供应商的订舱和舱位预定。
- Manage the collection/delivery of cargo and customs clearance documentation in coordination with local clients.
协调本地客户的货物收取/交付和报关文件管理。
- Ensure cargo pick-up or receipt by liaising with trucking companies or warehouses.
与卡车公司或仓库协调，确保货物提取或接收。
- Confirm customs release with the broker and track shipments.
与报关行确认海关放行，并跟踪货物运输情况。
- Adhere to deadlines for accurate data input into the operation system.
根据时间期限，在操作系统中准确输入相关数据。
- Fulfil other duties assigned by superiors.
完成上级交办的其他工作。
Qualifications & Experience
- College’s degree or above along with up to 3 years' experience in freight forwarding and end to end operations of ocean freight is preferred.
大专以上学历，具备3年以上货运代理经验，有一条龙海运操作经验更佳。
- Communication skills - Maintain effective communication with overseas colleagues, local clients, carriers, other forwarders, vendors. Respond promptly and efficiently to emails.
沟通能力-与海外同事、本地客户、承运商、其他货代公司和供应商保持有效沟通，及时高效地回复邮件。
- Agile Skills - Handle daily tasks effectively, even in high-pressure and emergency situations. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet various deadlines.
敏捷能力 - 能在高压和紧急情况下有效处理日常工作，具备多任务优先级管理能力，能够按时完成各种任务。
- Computer Skills - Intermediate computer skills with a proficiency in MS Office
计算机技能 - 中级计算机技能，熟练使用MS Office。
- Software skills – Experience with Cargowise, Cargos, Cargo 2000, 泰康, 吉联 as a plus.
软件技能 - 具备使用Cargowise、Cargos、Cargo 2000、泰康、吉联等软件经验者优先。
