Key Responsibilities:
1. Support Consolidation of Regional Retail HRBP Work
Assist HRBP in integrating retail stores across regions by collecting, organizing, and analyzing relevant data for business decision-making.
2. HR Project Promotion and Implementation Support
Assist in promoting and implementing HR projects such as culture event, employee engagement, talent recruitment and development initiatives.
3. Completion of Temporary Tasks
Complete other temporary tasks assigned by HRBP to ensure timely and high-quality work delivery.
Desired Qualifications:
● Minimum 3 work days per week,4-5 days a week preferred
● Commit to a minimum 6 months internship
● Fluent English
● Previous internship experience in HR field is preferred
● Strong people sensitivity and curiosity with agility and resilience
● Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-pace environment
● Good team player and quick learner
