三、岗位职责:
1、在中国合作高校以英语或德语授课（配有中文助教）；
2、指导学生项目或毕业设计；
3、参与中德合作办学课程建设；
4、开展专题讲座或教师培训；
5、推动联合科研与学术出版。
四、任职条件:
1、拥有硕士或博士学位，具有高校教学或科研经验者优先；
2、英语或德语流利，能胜任外语授课；
3、具有开放的国际视野与良好的沟通能力；
4、在青岛常驻至少一学年。
五、薪酬福利:
1、具有国际竞争力的报酬（可根据工作量和资历协商），本岗位薪酬及福利参照山东省公立高校讲师标准执行，具体包括：
61 按照国家及山东省事业单位相关规定确定基本工资和岗位津贴；
61 享有五险一金、带薪假期等法定福利；
61 根据实际情况，可协商提供海外进修支持。
如有特别优秀者，待遇可面议。
2、为外籍教师提供国际旅费补贴；
3、协助外籍教师办理中国工作许可、居留签证及入职手续；
4、在华期间由项目方统一管理。

Recruitment Notice
To promote Sino-German higher education cooperation and deepen academic and research exchanges between Chinese and German universities, we are now publicly recruiting outstanding teaching professionals (including Chinese and foreign nationals) from across the country. Selected candidates will participate in short-term or medium-to-long-term teaching and academic exchange programs with partner universities in China.
I. Position:Lecturer
II. Teaching/Exchange Fields:
Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, and related disciplines.
III. Job Responsibilities:
Deliver courses in English or German at partner universities in China (with Chinese teaching assistants provided);
Supervise student projects and graduation theses;
Participate in the development of Sino-German joint program curricula;
Conduct thematic lectures or teacher training sessions;
Promote collaborative research and academic publication.
IV. Qualifications:
Master’s or doctoral degree; candidates with prior teaching or research experience in higher education will be preferred;
Proficiency in English or German, with the ability to teach in a foreign language;
Open-minded with a strong international outlook and excellent communication skills;
Able to reside in Qingdao for at least one academic year.
V. Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive, internationally benchmarked remuneration (negotiable based on workload and qualifications), with reference to the salary standards for lecturers at public universities in Shandong Province, including:
Basic salary and post allowance in accordance with national and provincial regulations;
Statutory benefits including social insurance, housing fund, and paid leave;
Support for overseas training may be negotiated depending on the situation.
Exceptional candidates may receive individually negotiated packages.
International travel subsidies for foreign faculty members;
Assistance with work permit applications, residence visas, and onboarding procedures for foreign teachers;
Unified management and support during the stay in China.
