We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer located in Guangdong Province, to strengthen our Global Services team.

Our products enable precision treatment through positioning and monitoring of patients in radiation therapy, which maximize the dose in tumors and minimize the dose in surrounding tissues.
We are now strengthening our Service team with a Field Service Engineer to pursue installations of and maintenance on our medical products in China, with an opportunity for international assignments.
The purpose of the role is to pursue *** Class Service to our customers on-site at the clinics, as well as to provide support from the home office when so assigned.
Responsibilities
Prepare installations, service and support activities in line with the company's procedures.
Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
Provide technical trainings of the system to customers
Produce timely and detailed service reports in line with the company's
procedures
Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols
Feedback observations for product under performance or for potential for improvement into the respective feedback system
Build positive relationships with customers
Performs other duties as assigned
Your profile
We are looking for a talented technician or engineer, with a willingness to travel. Ideally, you have a broad technical interest and a solution‐oriented attitude with problem-solving skills within the area of IT/networking configuration, electro-optical devices, mechanics and/or computer configuration. A professional and service‐oriented mindset is one of your key assets.
The below characteristics are desired skills in this role:
Engineer/technician in Electronics, Mechanics, Computer engineering or
IT, or equivalent working experience.
Strong personal drive and motivation to learn new products and subjects
Customer-facing and quality‐oriented approach.
Being a committed team player with good interpersonal and communicative skills.
Driven and self‐motivated persona, able to plan and execute own assignments.
Structured, analytical, responsible, and professional in all situations
Fluent in English.
Experience in working with medical device equipment, preferably in a
clinical environment.
