2．编制并定期审核更新工艺文件包括PFMEA、工艺流程图、布局图、作业指导书、返工作业指导书等；培训和指导直接工的工艺操作，及时指出并纠正违反工艺要求的不规范操作，确保生产过程处以受控状态。
Be responsible for process documents: flow chart, PFMEA, capacity chart, working instructions, layout…
Train the operators, identify the illegal operation and correct it, to make sure the process is under control.
3. 负责产品的现场工艺稳定，收集工艺数据，分析生产过程中的薄弱环节，实施持续改进以提高生产效率、降低制造成本。

4. 负责提供设备、工装的技术要求，并参与认证供应商；负责设备及工装的安装调试和技术验收

5．负责MBOM的更新及追溯系统中的工艺流程设置的审核。
Be responsible for MBOM, lead the setup of trace system.
6．保持与行业***和方法的同进，能够在工艺研究改进中消化并运用这些技术。

7.负责与生产部门一起推进精益生产，如改进设备，工艺，工装，料架，布局降低浪费
Be responsible for continuous improvement with production team, for instance: improve the equipment, process, fixture, layout…
8.监督并执行各类工程更改,并对工程更改的制造成本评估
Monitor Engineering Change. Be responsible for manufacturing change from ECP, and try to decrease change cost.
