ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. In charge of monthly attendance report for local employees and responsible for answering all related questions;
2. Assist Corporate HR to set up HRIS in the plant and conduct regular info. Maintenances;
3. Assist staff relations activities and handle staff issues if any;
4. Prepare HR related reports, statistics and analysis;
5. Maintain employee records in personal file and in HR system are up-to-date;
6. Be responsible for HR special project ;
7. Assist in training, including: training schedule coordination, materials preparation, training record tracking, etc.
8. Maintain various HR database and provide analysis per requirement.
9. Other administration work support to business,such as meal expense
10. Other related tasks assigned by Manager.
REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably major in Human Resource or related
2.Minimum 1 years HR work experience
3.Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
4. Sense of responsibility, integrity and keeping confidential
5. Familiar with MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Analytical thinking, detail-oriented
7. Initiative and willing to learn
