Your Profile:
1. Master or Bachelor major in engineering. Materials, physics, optics, and semiconductors related are preferred.
2. Knowledge with material properties and mechanical performance or brittle materials.
3. Understanding of strength bending test, hardness, transmittance, etc. would be advantage for future work.
4. Work independently on a regular basis based on projects and responsibilities requirement.
5. Effective interpersonal communication skills and self-motivated with good organization skills.
6. Good oral communication in both English and Chinese.
Your Tasks:
1. Assist in sample preparation, sample testing, data collection.
2. Document experimental data and analyze production parameters (e.g., temperature curves in annealing kilns)
3. Maintain lab equipment and inventory management (e.g., refractory materials, chemical reagents)
4. Support in-house sampling and outsourced vendors for product processing.
5. Support R&D projects, including literature reviews and patent tracking for innovative glass products
6. Adhere to laboratory safety standards.
7. Follow strictly company policy including EHS, equipment maintenance, 5s and compliance and take personal responsibility and measures.
