Responsibilities/岗位职责:
1. Responsible for hardware support by performing system installation, qualification, troubleshooting and conducting system training to the customer.
负责通过执行系统安装,确认,故障排除和对客户进行系统培训完成硬件支持。
2. Perform standby duties to support after office hours machine troubleshooting
执行值班制来支持办公时间外的机器故障排除。
3. Provide support in pre-sales activities, such as products capabilities assessment, products demonstration and presentation.
在售前活动中提供支持,如产品能力评估,产品演示和演示。
4. Prepare SOP and other documents required by customer.
编写客户需要的标准操作流程(SOP)等文件。
Requirements/岗位要求:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering and automation related engineering.
电气/电子/机械工程及自动化相关专业本科或以上学历。
2. Good computer skills, good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills with emphasis on customer satisfaction.
良好的计算机技能,良好的团队合作精神,良好的人际关系和沟通技巧,注重客户满意度。
3. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex problems and address root cause.
具有解决复杂问题,找到问题原因,并且解决问题的能力。
4. Basic verbal and written skill in English.
基本的英语口头和书面表达能力。
5. Be able to travel。
能够出差。
