As the frontline brand ambassador, you will deliver brand's signature service excellence in daily client interactions, ensuring flawless transaction execution and immediate client needs fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Execution
- Handle walk-in/phone client’s inquiries with prompt, brand-aligned responses.
- Process transactions accurately via POS systems (including invoice generation and payment verification).
- Resolve basic client complaints (e.g., delivery delays), escalating complex issues to management.
2. Service & Product Mastery
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of Bernardaud collections for precise client recommendations.
- Capture new client profiles (purchase occasions/gender/ages/value) for CRM database enrichment.
- Execute service standard (e.g., gift-wrapping).
3. Boutique Maintenance
- Maintain visual merchandising standards with daily checks on pricing/inventory displays.
- Support stock audits and sell-through reporting.
- Daily operation supporting.
- Help with stock transferring, checking and delivering.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years in premium retail (luxury/homeware preferred).
- Natural rapport-building skills with ability to identify buying cues.
- Native Mandarin with basic English proficiency.
