- 负责项目全生命周期的管理,包括需求分析、计划制定、执行监控及交付验收;
- 协调跨部门资源,确保项目按时、按质、按预算完成;
- 与客户及内部团队保持良好沟通,推动项目顺利推进;
- 持续优化项目管理流程,提升团队效率和项目成功率。
【任职要求】
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神;
- 对项目管理有基本了解,有相关经验者优先,但不限制工作经验;
- 具备较强的责任心和抗压能力,能够适应多任务并行的工作环境;
- 熟悉项目管理工具(【pmp】)者优先考虑。
