3. Support all HR process flow & System maintenance
4. Plan and Implement Talent development activity
5. Talent Retain Activities
6. Employee relationship related
7. Design, perpare and implement Employee Training
8. ?Assistant on Compensation and Benefits
9. Perform HR data analysis by utilizing a variety of standard data sources;
10. Participate & contribute to HR operation optimization
