一. 岗位职责
1.主导生物工艺开发与生产交付：在客户委托及内部研发项目中，负责生物工艺流程的设计、优化与实施，确保项目在既定时间、预算范围内高质量完成，推动工艺技术的持续创新与落地转化。
2.构建专业培训体系并推动知识传承：协助策划并执行面向客户的生物工艺培训课程，涵盖理论讲解与实践操作，持续更新课程内容以反映新技术进展与行业标准，提升客户技术能力与项目协同效率。
1. Support in delivering customer & internal process development/Manufacturing projects and ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality completion.
2. Assist to delivering customer trainings both theoretical and practical and contributing to updating course content.
二. 招聘要求
1.硕士及以上学历：生物技术、生物工程、制药或相关领域。
2.对学科的基本原理和方法有基本了解（如上游培养、下游纯化和/或分析方法）。
3.具备自我驱动的学习能力；有细胞培养、生物发酵、蛋白纯化或相关领域的实验经验者优先。
4.有志于在技术领域发展职业生涯。
1. Master's degree or higher in Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Pharmaceuticals, or related fields.
2. Basic understanding of principles and methods for discipline (USP, DSP and/or analytics) .
3.Self-motivated learner; prior experimental experience in cell culture, bio-fermentation, protein purification, or related areas is preferred.
4.Willing to pursue a career in technical field.
