一. 岗位职责
1.细胞培养技术支持：为细胞培养工艺开发（PD）、放大及生产应用提供技术支持。
2.项目与管线管理：负责生物制药领域相关项目及研发管线的管理，确保按计划推进。
3.CCM 设计导入：参与细胞培养基（CCM）设计导入工作，支持产品优化与应用落地。
1.cell culture PD/scale up / manufacture application technical support.
2.projects and pipeline management for BioPharm field.
3.CCM design-in work.
二. 招聘要求
1.学历要求：硕士学历/博士学历更佳----生物科学、生物化学、生物化工或相关专业，了解生物技术/生物制药的生产流程。
2.具备良好的跨团队沟通能力，能够与内部团队及外部客户协作，支持基于解决方案的销售模式。
3.英语沟通能力良好，能够进行书面及口头交流。
4.具备优秀的演讲与展示能力，能够根据业务需求出差。
5.自我驱动力强，具备主动学习和独立工作的能力。
6.具备项目管理或市场营销背景者优先。
1. Master Degree/ prefer Doctor Degree in biological science/biochemistry/biochemical engineering or related, understanding of the biotech/biopharmaceutical manufacturing process flow
2. Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solutions based sales approach
3. Proficient in English communication
4. Strong presentation skills and able to travel
5. Self-motivate
6. Project management and Marketing background a plus
