About Us
介绍：
海南微城未来教育学校是一所12年一贯制的民办非营利国际化学校。学校坐落于海南生态智慧新城，由海南生态软件园投资20亿元建设，与北京十一学校战略合作。主校区面积256亩，共享新城公共设施。
海南省教育厅授予iSchool全省***一个“海南省基础教育改革创新实验学校称号”称号。iSchool is a 12-year, private, non-profit international school, with a strategic cooperation relationship with Beijing National Day School.
The school is situated in Hainan Resort Software Community. The School has received investment from the Community of 2 billion RMB. The main campus covers an area of 17.06 hectares and the construction area is 220,000 square meters. Construction began in May, 2018 and the iSchool officially started its *** semester in September, 2019. In April 2019, the Hainan Education Department awarded the title of “Hainan Basic Education Reform and Innovation Experimental School” to iSchool, which is the *** and only in the Province.

课程Curriculum：

【薪资待遇】
（1）提供给您体面生活的薪资收入，小学、初中、高中各学科教师年薪区间：本科19万-20万，硕士20万-22万，博士37万-39万；行政岗位教师参考行政系列薪酬。
（2）提供给您七险一金，按现行政策，正常退休所得待遇与体制内退休相比略高；
（3）参与拔尖人才培养的教师（如学科竞赛、校队训练等），给予额外补贴***10万/年。
【各项福利】
（1）为了保障您和家庭的紧密联系，每年提供2次往返海南的探亲机票报销；
（2）学校提供口味丰富，营养健康的教工三餐，以及每月1300元左右的餐费补贴；
