83 Responsibilities:
83 职责：
○ Planning of infrastructure and resources for the production plant;
○ Planning and design of workplaces of the production lines according to lean principles;
○ Participate in design FMEA and executing the process FMEA, make or buy analyses;
○ Investment and capacity planning (human and machine) for ramp-up and peak production;
○ Creating the production process and testing concept;
○ Training the direct labors in assembling of the product and operating the assembling tools;
○ Determining time studies, value analysis, feasibility studies, business plans;
○ Planning and procuring of production equipments and tools;
○ Creating concept and detailed layouts by CAD software;
○ Creating detailed work instructions;
○ Creating BOM/work plans and implement in SAP system;
○ Responsible for the enforcement of the target agreements, realization and determining of the given main tasks;
○ Compliance with agreed time schedule, early information in case of critical deviations to all affected persons;
○ Information to all affected departments and disciplinary superior, compliance with written law and general company rules.
任职要求：
83 Bachelor or above, in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering;
83 At least 5 years professional experience at Automotive industry, preferably in the field of automotive interior suppliers with foaming/wrapping background;
83 Auto CAD Knowledge;
83 English language (fluent in spoken and written);
83 Project management, quality management, knowledge of Automotive 5 tools, lean Manufacturing;
83 Planning and procuring of production equipments & tools;
83 SAP R/3-Knowledge preferred;
83 Willing to learn, good communication and team work ability, high self-motivation and can work under high pressure.
