YOUR ROLE
As a HR Intern, you will provide general support within Great China scope on employee life cycle, HRIS maintenance, employee data management, employee movements monitoring, and various staffing reports and analysis on timely basis.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO
In this role, you will be expected to perform professionally by dedicating to below responsibilities:
Employee Data and HRIS Maintenance
- Responsible for quality employee data including but not limited to HRIS maintenance, staff profile filing management, training records uploading by strictly following SOP
- Collaborate with related parties for employee data collection and updating
- Coordinate with system vendor/support to duly handle system/data issues per required
Reports, Organization Chart Updating
- Complete various staffing reports per required with high accuracy, including but not limited to staff movements reports, workload reports, HC/FTE reports, turnover reports, HC Tracker
- Complete updating org chart per required with high accuracy and efficiency
- Assist with other ad hoc staffing reports as required by direct manager
Administration Support
- Fully in charge the whole process of employee life cycle including but not limited to new onboarding/internal transfer/staff leave by effective communication with relevant parties (IT/FIN/Admin, etc.)
- Strictly implement employment contract signing policy and follow the internal process, with ability to flag the issues to direct manager or HRBP when in need
- HR miscellaneous administration and follow up (PO, staff activity coordination, etc.)
- Answer staff’s mail / phone enquiries on HR services issues
- Other tasks assigned by direct manager
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Student currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree or above
- Good English skill in both writing and speaking
- Open-minded, willing to share and high flexibility
- Proficiency in Office Software (Excel, PPT)
- Detail-oriented with good data sense, attention to accuracy and efficiency
- Minimum attendance: 3 days per week, internship period can last for 6 months or above is preferred.
