The Role
As a Data Processing Intern, you will be the backbone of our data integrity efforts. You will work to clean, organize, analyse, and manage vast datasets related to VIP sales, FJ sales, client profiles, inventory, marketing performance and soon. Your meticulous work will ensure that our strategic decisions are based on accurate and reliable information.
Key Responsibilities
61 Data Cleansing & Validation: Scrutinize and clean large datasets from our CRM system to ensure accuracy and consistency.
61 Data Entry & Enrichment: Accurately input and update client records, product information, and sales data, adhering to strict confidentiality protocols.
61 Data Organization: Categorize and tag client information according to our internal classification requirements.
61 Report Generation: Assist in creating standardized reports on FJ sales performance, client engagement, and so on
61 Quality Assurance: Perform regular audits to identify and rectify data discrepancies.
Who You Are (Qualifications)
61 A current undergraduate or recent graduate in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
61 Sharp, analytically-minded，exceptional attention to detail and a passion for organization and accuracy.
61 Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas) is essential.
61 A foundational understanding of data management principles.
61 Basic familiarity with a data visualization tool like Tableau or Power BI is a strong plus.
61 An interest in the luxury goods sector and a deep respect for discretion and confidentiality.
61 Proactive, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
61 Excellent communication skills in English
