We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
1) Administrative tasks, such as data entry, document sorting, meeting minutes taking.
2) Support IT project management and execution, organizing relevant information material and meetings.
3) Draft documentation, such as agenda, meeting notes, release notes. 4) Other office BAU activities, such as raise ServiceNow request, PO request, payment request, and follow up with the workflow.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
1) Good communication skills, verbal and written English and Chinese.
2) Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, and other relevant professional software preferred.
3) Quick learner, and work under pressure. IT domain experience preferred.4) Preferably 6-12 months
