工作职责Job Responsibilities
1. 负责物料数据全生命周期管理：创建、维护物料数据表并更新数据状态；处理生产数据操作（新增、修改、模型冻结及删除）。
Manage material data lifecycle: create, maintain material data sheets and update data status; handle production data operations (addition, modification, model freezing & deletion).
2. 协助工程师建立物料属性数据（ROH/FHMI/ZFRT/HALB）、完成工程变更通知（ECN）相关任务的关闭流程，以及编制、跟踪数据控制文件与培训进度。
Assist engineers in establishing material attribute data (ROH/FHMI/ZFRT/HALB), completing ECN task closure processes, and compiling/tracking data control documents & training progress.
3. 维护标签数据信息，依托物料清单（BOM）及工艺路线（Routing）数据搭建生产主数据模型。
Maintain label data; build production master data models by leveraging BOM & Routing data.
4. 制定并优化SAP，MES，SFC等系统的主数据变更管理流程；
Develop and optimize master data change management processes for SAP, MES& SFC system etc.
5. 定期更新SAP数据报表，协助工程师完成Ariba平台物料采购流程。
Update SAP data reports periodically; assist engineers in the Ariba material procurement process.
6. 支持部门活动组织、公司文化宣传工作，以及上级交办的其他任务。
Support departmental activity organization, company culture promotion, and other tasks assigned by superiors.
任职要求Job Requirements
1. 本科及以上学历Bachelor's degree or above.
2. 可接受应届生，有1年主数据管理、文控或助理相关工作经验者优先。Fresh graduates are acceptable; 1 year of relevant experience in master data management, documentation control or assistant role is preferred.
3. 具备较强沟通能力、逻辑思维能力与快速学习能力，工作积极主动；细致严谨、诚实守信、遵纪守法。Strong communication skills, logical thinking, quick learning ability and proactive mindset; meticulous, honest and rule-abiding.
4. 掌握基础SQL知识，具备基本的数据统计、分析能力，以及一定的异常处理和问题解决能力。Basic SQL knowledge, with fundamental data statistics, analysis, exception handling and problem-solving capabilities.
5. 熟练操作Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Power BI，具备良好的时间管理能力，能按时完成工作任务。Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI; good at time management to deliver work on schedule.）
6. 具备良好的英文读写能力。Good English reading and writing skills.
