工作职责:
1.Oversee daily BFS store operations within the sales cluster, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with standards. Focus on optimizing the customer journey to meet client needs and drive satisfaction through active coaching and performance feedback
与销售大区共同监督BFS 门店运营情况,确保其质量、效率均符合运营标准。着重优化客户体验流程,以满足客户需求,并主动进行指导和反馈不断提升客户满意度。
2.Develop and execute cluster-level retail operation strategies based on HQ guidelines and local market data.
基于总部指引与本地市场数据,制定并执行大区级零售运营策略。
3.Drive local marketing and compound sales initiatives, integrating new media and in-store promotions to boost traffic and conversion.
推动本地营销与小区销售活动,整合新媒体与店内促销,提升客流与转化。
4.Train and customer teams on SOPs, sales skills, and customer engagement competence.
培训与赋能经销商团队,提升标准流程、销售技能与顾客互动能力。
5.Monitor store performance, analyze financial and operational data, and propose improvement actions.
监控门店绩效,分析财务与运营数据,提出改进建议。
任职资格:
Education
学历要求
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
本科及以上学历,工商管理、零售管理、市场营销或相关专业优先。
Experience
经验要求
Minimum 2 years in retail operations, preferably in home appliances, building materials, or furniture. Experience in multi-store management, SOP implementation, and customer training is essential.
至少2年零售运营经验,具备家电、建材或家具行业经验者优先。需具备多店管理、SOP落地与经销商培训经验。
