The candidate will conduct all coordination and administrative tasks to coordinate CTC SH lab and related lab procedures 负责CTC上海实验室和实验室相关程序的协调沟通工作。
Detail of responsibilities: 工作细节描述：
Provide logistic support on sample receipt and delivery and arrange into lab. 接收样品并安排测试到实验室
Samples receipt and check if samples and application form or involved information is clear for proceeding in lab. 检查收到的样品和测试申请表所包含的信息是否准确无误
To log in samples. 登陆实验室LIMS系统录入样品
Arrange each approval samples to lab technician for testing (If necessary to be confirmed per Laboratory supervisor).把确认好的样品安排给实验室技术员做测试（如有必要需和实验室主管确认）
Control the lead time for each project. 把控每个测试项目的测试周期
Coordination of testing in-house and subcontracted to other labs 协调内部和分包到其他实验室的测试
Contact with clients for their question and delay. 联系客户解答疑问和解释测试延误
Check and update the date and list for lab daily working. 检查和更新实验室日常工作的日期和列表
Works arranged by lab supervisor 实验室主管安排的其他工作
职位要求：
1. 大专以上学历，理工科专业背景优先，有相关经验者优先
2. 有学习和沟通能力，经培训可独立完成工作并能融入整个团队
3. 有一定的英文阅读和书写能力
4. 能吃苦耐劳，忙季时可接受加班
5. 应届生亦可
