Job Responsibilities 岗位职责
- Measure parts from new projects and prepare program for the CMM
- Measure parts from the daily production of existing projects
- Ensures that all measuring equipment is constantly maintained and in perfect condition
- Create measuring reports acc. company and/or customer standards
- Create additional reports if necessary (CPK, CMK, etc.)
- Responsible for good 5S within the measuring room
- Special tasks assigned by Measuring Engineer or Quality Manager

- Have access card to the measuring room
Qualification Requirements 任职资格
- College degree or above
- 3+ years working experience as Measuring Technician, preferrably in automotive related fields
- Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), must be able to create clean and easy to understand documents
- Must be able to read and understand 2D part drawings and interpret all tolerances and reference planes in the right way
- Familiar with the use of CMM, preferrably ZEISS Contura and the related software as well as all other measuring equipment (e.g. caliper, gauge blocks, micrometer, etc.)
- Familiar with ISO 9001, general tolerances and GD&T (Geometric dimensioning and tolerances) standard
- Good SPC skills
- Good eyesight with or without glasses
- Mature personality, positive and creative thinking, good teamworking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to push for improvements
- High flexibility and motivation
- Very accurate and thorough working attitude
- Willingness to work in shifts and do overtime if necessary

工作要求：
1.具有注塑行业相关测量工作经验2年以上;
2.熟练使用各种测量工具(卡尺.规类量具.投影仪.三次元等),精通机械制图;
3.熟知测量品质知识如:MSA/CPK/PPK及各种表单等并能够对测量结果进行分析报告,了解产品的监测和仪器校准的基本知识和流程.
4.能接受夜班.
