Job Responsibility 岗位描述：
1） Set up process requirement for production tool; 设定量产机台之工艺需求；
2） Solve all issue for production tool and process; 解决量产机台及工艺之问题；
3） Improve and develop process and flow; 改善及开发工艺及其流程；
4） Evaluate new tool, process and material, cost down; 评估新机台，工艺及材料, 降低成本；
5） Optimized and improve SPC index; 持续改善统计工艺管制之指标；
6） Maintain process stable. 保持制程稳定。
Requirements 岗位要求：
1） Bachelor above degree; 硕士及以上学历；
2） Major in Materials, Electrical Information, Physical & Chemical etc; 材料，电子信息，物理，化学等理工科专业；
3） 2 above semiconductor industry related working experience is preferred; 两年以上半导体行业相关工作经验优先考虑；
4） Need to take shift.需能适应轮班（夜班）工作制！！！
