Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1. Make manufacture drawings and assembly drawings of components of TBM according to concept drawings and HK standards in time. 根据概念图和海瑞克标准及时绘制TBM各部件的制造图和装配图。
2. Create BOM list of manufacture drawings and assembly drawings according to HK standards. 根据海瑞克标准创建制造图和装配图的BOM表。
3. Transfer BOM information to SAP system. 将BOM信息传输到SAP系统。
4. Basic engineering calculation of steel structure parts. 钢结构部件的基础工程计算。
5. Technical support to the manufacturer of steel structure. 对钢结构制造商的技术支持。
6. Technical support to the assembly workshop. 为装配车间提供技术支持。
7. Guarantee that HK knowledge and intellectual property, patent rights are protected at all times and that no assembly / manufacturing drawings or electronic drawings will be sent to an unauthorized recipient internally or externally as defined by HK regulations. 保证海瑞克知识产权和知识产权、专利权在任何时候都受到保护，并且不得将组装、制造图纸和电子图纸发送给海瑞克规定的未经授权的内外部人员。
8. Guarantee that latest HK standards and methods are implemented during making drawings or documents. 保证在图纸或文件制作过程中执行最新的海瑞克标准和方法。
9. Make risk analysis for the components if needed. 如果有需要，对关键部件进行风险分析。
10. Carry out the requirements of safety rules of HK standards, industrial standards and national standards all the time during make drawings or documents. 在图纸或文件制作过程中，始终执行海瑞克标准、行业标准和国家标准的安全规则要求。
11. Report to manager or supervisor immediately if have design problems cannot be solved personally. 如发现设计问题不能亲自解决，应立即向经理或主管报告。
12. Report to manager or supervisor on daily basis. 每天向经理或主管报告。
13. Other jobs assigned by design manager or supervisor. 完成设计经理或主管安排的其他工作。
Requirements 要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering. 机械设计制造及其自动化、机械工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. 1 years or above experience of mechanical design. 1年以上机械设计工作经验。
3. Familiar with CAD software 3D and 2D, have the experience of Creo.Elements/Direct Modeling is preferred. 熟悉三维、二维CAD软件，有Creo.Elements/Direct Modeling软件使用经验优先。
4. Good command of mechanical design specialized in heavy duty steel structure is preferred. 熟练掌握重型钢结构专业的机械设计知识者优先。
5. Good command of English, CET-4 or above. 英语熟练，英语四级以上。
6. Basic ability to solve problem occurred during designing, manufacturing and assembly. 解决设计、制造和装配过程中出现的问题的基本能力。
7. Good team-work spirit and responsibility. 良好的团队合作精神和责任心。
