There is a Customer Service / opening in our customer service department.
Job Responsibility
1. In charge of customer service from real time online support to telephone support as well as email support
2. Summarise the feedback and report to product management team
3. Other marketing responsibility could apply
4. Required to attend one international meeting at night each month
Requirements
* university degree or above;grade 6,
* similar customer service experience is preferred
* excellent communication skill and good english skill
* good working attitude, co-operaative, honest.
