工作职责Responsibilities:
1.提供所有有关项目财务信息，保持项目财务状况对核心项目组公开透明，包括现状和可选方案，评估风险和机会对项目的财务冲击。
Provide all required financial information about the project, make financial situation transparent to the Core Team, including current status and alternative scenarios, assessing financial impact of risks and opportunities.
2.项目计算（保证项目计算反映项目现状，负责TAC的批准、建议及EAC更改请求的准备）。
Project calculation (ensure that project calculations reflect current status of project, TAC approved and proposed, preparing EAC change requests).
3.项目预算、预测和实际EAC的评估和分析。
Review and Analysis of Estimated-at-completion calculation of the project for Budget, Forecast and Actual.
4.项目预算、预测和实际三者间差异进行月度评估和分析，特别是销售完工百分比、利润和现金流。
Review and Analysis of variances between Budget, Forecast and Actual figures and comment on them in monthly Reporting – especially Sales POC, Margin and Free Cash flow.
5.项目的现金流管理，跟踪项目比预算节约的活动。
Cash-Flow Management, track project related savings activities.
6.控制项目的质量保证储备金至项目结束。
Control of Warranty Provisions to the end of the project.
7.负责外汇套期保值工作（如项目需要）。
Hedging activities (together with Finance) in cooperation with Bank (if necessary).
8.负责项目内部审计和外部审计。
Reconcile Bombardier internal audit and E&Y external audit for project.
任职资格Qualification:
1.财会或相关专业本科以上学历
Bachelor or above,major in finance or related
2.普通话、英语说写能力优秀
Excellent written and spoken Mandarin and English skills
3.做事细心且有耐心，积极主动，富于创造力，具备良的沟通和协调能力
