岗位职责 (Job responsibilities) :
1、负责跟进公司客户或者公司所提供的客户资源的销售及跟单工作;
Follow up the sales and merchandising of customer resources provided by the company or the customer;
2、协助业务订单的处理,能有效跟客户沟通产品需求,订单确认、指令转达、跟踪落实;
To assist the processing of business orders, effective communication with customers, product requirements, order confirmation, instruction delivery, tracking implementation;
3、协助处理客户投诉,收集客诉问题点,与品质沟通处理并解决问题;
Assist to handle customer complaints, collect customer complaint points, communicate with quality and solve problems;
4、协助定期完成销售相关报表;
To assist in the regular completion of sales related reports;
5、上级交代的其他事情;
Other matters assigned by superior;
任职资格(Qualifications):
1、大专及以上学历,英语精通(需口语,读写较强),能够无障碍与客户进行口语对话和邮件沟通;
College degree or above, good command of English, able to communicate with customers and communicate with them;
2、有外贸业务跟单经验一年以上,有从事通信或电子类产品经验尤佳;接收优秀应届毕业生;
With more than one year experience in foreign trade business, preferably in telecom or electronic products, receiving excellent graduates;
3、熟悉电脑操作,能熟练运用office操作软件;
Familiar with computer operation, skilled use of office operating software;
4、熟悉业务跟单流程,具有良好的沟通表达能力,有一定的组织协调能力;
Familiar with the business process, with good communication skills, have the ability to organize and coordinate;
5、责任心强,具备吃苦耐劳和团队精神;

6、认真仔细,思路敏捷,逻辑清晰;
